Never got around to blogging during Chinese New Year, but I hope you guys had an enjoyable one (for those who celebrate)! Mine was pretty nice. :) I didn’t get to go home in time to enjoy the huge feast with my family, but I did get to eat a decent lunch with family the weekend after. I also received a lot of red pocket money, something I totally was not expecting since I’m already so old!
Since I got red pocket money, I decided to indulge myself in a little bit of retail therapy. I recently discovered UrbanOG and was super excited to find that they have so many affordable shoes in my size. I took advantage of their Valentine’s 20% off promo and ordered two pairs of wedges. UrbanOG is apparently located in the LA area, so shipping only took three days for me. :D
These are from the brand Qupid, made with a suede-like material and have a 4.75″ wedge. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve gone past wearing shoes with more than a 3″ heel. They make me look so tall! I absolutely love the style of these wedges too. I was inspired by Tricia to get these shoes because she does so many cute coordinates with wedges~
